Private Invitation Links
Vendors and wedding guests never create passwords or pay fees. Share a private link with each vendor to check in on site and view only their designated load-in schedule. Guests access private single-household RSVP links that expose only their party.
Privacy & Financial Roles
You control who can see and edit your wedding. Wedding owners can appoint editors or view-only collaborators. Collaborators without budget clearance never see contract costs, payment milestone amounts, or private bride notes.
Offline Data Ownership
You own your wedding records. Download your complete offline planning bundle anytime from Workspace Settings as an open JSON archive or CSV spreadsheet. The Master Planning Packet is styled for clean double-sided printing.
Seating & Equipment
Assign confirmed guests to named tables in Seating. In Rental list, choose “Use confirmed count” to update equipment estimates from RSVPs, then save your plan. Confirm estimates with your venue and suppliers.
